Fritsch Vibratory Feeder LABORETTE 24 with V-shaped channel;

Slow, measured feeding of free-flowing material to obtain a narrow, directed sample feeding for a wide range of applications, such as for sample dividers, mills, mixers, scales.

Combinable with the Rotary Cone Sample Divider LABORETTE 27 and the Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 for ensuring continuous and precisely measured feeding of the sample.

Method of operation

Through vibration of a channel of stainless steel, free-flowing material is conveyed out of a funnel and to the open end of the channel in a uniform stream.

The rate of flow can be controlled individually with a separate control device by modifying the vibration amplitude of the channel.

Control of the vibration amplitude is performed by a microprocessor-controlled control unit with which even the smallest quantities of material can be conveyed with absolute uniformity.

Equipment

The standard equipment delivered with the Vibratory Feeder includes the wide V-shaped channel, funnel and control unit, but does not include a support frame, which must be ordered as an accessory, if needed. The V-shaped channel can be easily replaced with the U-shaped channel for uniform, wide material feeding.
