What does the program look like?

As a Trainee, you will take part in an intensive development track over 12 months, gaining hands-on experience in different departments and roles within our group of companies. You’ll be involved in both strategic projects and daily operations, working alongside colleagues from various backgrounds.

Your path can focus on a specific domain (e.g., IT), or rotate across multiple disciplines:

Sales & Marketing: customer relations, market research, digital marketing, CRM

IT & Digitalization: process optimization, data analysis, software projects

Technical Purchasing & Supply Chain: supplier management, product sourcing, cost optimization

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, IT, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, …)

Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, eager to learn

Fluent in English, good knowledge of Dutch, German or French is a plus

Interested in industry, technology and innovation

Willing to work at different company sites in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands
